World of Birds Records Shipping Policies
Where do we ship?
www.worldofbirdsrecords currently ships to all US states and territories. If you would like to place an order outside of the US please send an e-mail to kevin@worldofbirdsrecords.com and we will make the necessary arrangements to complete the order.
How do we ship?
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service within 48 hours of online order. Tracking numbers are included in shipping confirmation e-mails to all customers.
Cancelations?
All cancelations MUST be made within 24 hours of order. Please contact kevin@worldofbirdsrecords.com to request cancelation or call 614-619-1231.
Refunds?
All money received from customers for their orders will be refunded upon receipt of timely cancellation request. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to complete.
Rates to ship?
All shipping rates are included in item prices. There are no additional shipping charges.
In-store pick up?
If you live in the Columbus or Cleveland area and would like to pick up an order in person please contact kevin@worldofbirdsrecords.com.
